Influencing individuals with special needs to encounter and follow Jesus
We're building a kids ministry that supports parents who have children with special needs. Our goal is to create a safe place for all people to BELONG, BEHOLD, & BELIEVE.
Our Be Kids volunteers are trained to:
- Empathize with an individual who demonstrates behaviors they themselves may not understand.
- Be flexible and think on their feet.
- To be a friend and share the love of Jesus with others.
We have equipped our Be Kids room in order to create a sensory-friendly environment. Offering things like: differentiated seating, noise cancelling headphones, & sensory toys. With pre-registration, we also want to do our best to provide one-to-one buddies as we build our support team. If you want to be a volunteer Join Our Team.

your first time?
We can't wait to meet you!
When you arrive, your first stop will be our Check-In Table. A friendly greeter can help you find your way there! You can also pre-register before you come.
What to Expect
You will want to arrive to Beyond Sunday about 10 minutes before the service starts and head to Be|Kids Check-In Table, located in the main lobby of the Jesse Turner Center. Once your child is checked in, you will receive a couple important stickers. A sticker will be placed on each of your children, and you will receive a special sticker that you will use to pick them up.
After you're checked in, you and your children can head to the main ballroom, where all ages will worship together. Directly after worship has ended, the main stage will invite registered kids to stand and head toward our Be|Kids Team near the rear of the room--the team will be waving hands and wearing distinguishable clothes.
If your child has an issue during the service, someone from our friendly Be|Kids Team will text you.
After the service, walk to the Be|Kids room and provide your sticker to pick them up.
